Champion (Re)Design for Fun.

Sup, I'm an amateur game designer and recently I've been spending some of my free time redesigning league champion movesets for the fun of it. I plan to "rework" all champions eventually, but that might take some time, considering the depth that goes into these guys! The challenge being creating gameplay mechanics that are fun, and that fit in with the characters' concept and story. So far, I've done Urgot and am thinking about the others I should do. I'm thinking about either going in alphabetical, randomization, or my request, if anybody is interested in bouncing off ideas and what I think a champion could be. Either way, the goal of all this is to eventually design my very own champion, art, story and all. Hopefully I'll be able to create my own numbers for the abilities too, rather than copy-pasting from the original abilities.

Keep in mind, I myself am an amateur player, but I like to think I have a good enough grasp of how the game is supposed to work to do these redesigns. Sorta like how you can know all the techniques for throwing a curveball or slider, but to actually get on the mound and throw it the way you want to is a totally different story. Either way, here's my

Urgot

Passive: Acidic Assault: Urgot’s basic attacks apply stacks of acids that reduces his targets’ damage by 3% for 2.5 seconds. Each extra attack adds a stack and sets the duration back to 2.5 seconds. Once an enemy has reached 5 stacks, their armor decreases by the same amount their attack does and the debuff lasts for 5 seconds. An enemy debuffed in this way can no longer be affected by Acidic Assault for 9 more seconds. Scaling: Lvl 9 3%--->4% Lvl 16 4%--->5%

Acid Hunter: Urgot shoots a missile in a line, dealing 10/40/70/100/130 (+85% Attack Damage) physical damage to enemies it runs into. If an enemy with Acid Assault stacks is nearby the missile will turn towards the enemy. This can potentially make the acid hunter go even further (if it seeks an enemy champion beyond the range)

Terror Capacitor: Passive: Every time Urgot hits an enemy with a basic attack or acid hunter, he charges his capacitor. As he charges his capacitor, he gains a shield that absorbs damage based on the amount charged (at 50% then 100%), absorbing 10% of Max HP and 25% of Max HP respectively) this shield does not regenerate as more charge is generated, it instead changes to the percent listed.

Activate: Once fully charged, Urgot can activate this ability to leave the shield in a location for 0.5-2.5 seconds, after which it will burst either on a second activation or on time out, and deal magic damage 60/100/140/180/220(+80% Ability Power) to all within the radius. Those hit gain 3 stacks of Acidic Assault.

Mechanical Jerk: Urgot quickly moves to either his left or right a small distance. This charges the terror capacitor and applies stacks of Acidic Assault to any enemy touched while Urgot dashes.

HYPER KINETIC POSITION REVERSER: Urgot channels for 2.5 seconds, gaining damage reduction and suppresses a target, who gains a stack of Acidic Assault for every .5 seconds suppressed. After the channel, Urgot swaps positions with the target, gaining full charge of his terror capacitor, decaying attack & movement speed, and damage reduction. The buffs decay during 5 seconds after swapping. Attack Speed: 25/35/45% Movement Speed: 30/40/50% Damage Reduction: 30/40/50%
