Soraka rework idea

I once had this idea of reworking Soraka into a "third-person spell vamp" champion. My kit sketch went something like this.

P: Astral Blessing Soraka's resource is Astral Blessing, which has its own secondary bar under her health bar. A full Astral Blessing bar empowers Soraka's next ability. The bar replenishes itself over time, and also fills up whenever Soraka takes damage, damages an enemy champion, or receives a heal. Soraka recovers health whenever she heals an ally or damages an enemy, equal to a base amount and a proportion to the amount done.

Q: Starcall A beam of starlight shines down at a target location, slowing enemies champions in the area. After 0.875 seconds, the star falls at the location, damaging, knocking away from the star's impact point, and stunning enemies in the area. The damage and knock-back distance scales both with ability power and current Astral Blessing. Basic attacks and nearby spell casts reduce the cooldown of this ability by 1 second each.

Cooldown: somewhere around 9 to 14 seconds

W: Astral Infusion Soraka creates a rejuvenation fountain, healing all ally units and damaging enemy units standing in it, healing more the more Astral Blessing is expended.

Empowered: Healed ally receives a damage buff for several seconds, and each of their attacks and damaging spells replenish a little bit of Soraka's Astral Infusion.

Cooldown: around the same as Nami's W

E: Wish On Ally Cast: Soraka enchants an ally, giving them bonus lifesteal and spell vamp and causing them to heal all other team members around it equal to a portion of the damage they deal and take for several seconds.

On Enemy Cast: Soraka curses an enemy. After a delay, the enemy suffers a burst of magic damage equal to an amount of damage they have dealt in the last 2.5 seconds.

Empowered: increases affected ally's movement speed for a few seconds (ally cast); deals more damage and massively slows enemies.

R: Equinox Soraka calls upon all the stars, and they respond by raining down all their light, thus creating a zone around her or an ally, healing both allies and enemies in it for large amounts of heath second. While in the zone, nothing with a health bar can die - towers included (but they don't receive the healing... or should it?).

Equinox is a twist off Kindred's ult, since I figured it works better on Soraka anyways, and I think it's agreeable Kindred has no use for it.

Tell me what you think! All (non-rude) comments welcome!
