CeeCee the Hextech Engineer

I watched a youtube video about what Braum (the Heart of the Freljord) could have been and in it, CeeCee the Hextech engineer was there. The main focus was the shield not the engineer which is why Riot didn't use her. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfC-WdoVUFY (about 2:37 into the video)

Passive: Encourage- all allies within a medium range of CeeCee gets encouraged granting a extra movement speed and increased attack damage

Q: Hextech Bolt- once loaded, fires a charged piercing shot that temporarily drops the armor of enemy champions hit

W: Hextech Shield Generator- Projects a shield that absorbs high damage, cant shield herself. can be interrupted if enemy champions stand between CeeCee and the shield champion

E: Bash- the hextech device extends bashing the first enemy hit pushing them back a short distance and dealing high amounts of damage

R: Offence/ defense positions (similar to Jayce or Nidalee ults)- in offense position CeeCee has increased cool down reduction (CDR) and Q fires a with a shorter load time. Defense position will enable CeeCee to choose a champion within a close range of CeeCeeand automatically give a small shield that when destroyed will return to the shield champion after a short duration of no damage or when W is active.
