Damage Taken by Champions

I main Jungle and Support so usually play tanky champs. It's really annoying when my friends tell me ''Oh look at ur dmg dealt to champs. so low :D'' I say ''Look at this dmg taken'' and the answer is ''Cause monsters/ deal this dmg to u -_-'' . I would like to learn how much dmg ENEMY CHAMPIONS dealt to me during the game. If there could be seperate classes like dmg dealt by; minions, monsters, turrents, it would be amazing.
