Atramentous, the Sun Eater (foil to Aurelion Sol)

Aurelion Sol is too much of a badass. I mean, he's the god-thing that goes around making stars. But we all know stars don't last forever. Why is that? Because of Aurelion's arch-nemesis, Atramentous.

Atramentous will be a slow-moving melee unit whose abilities are all based on devouring his opponents and their creations/abilities. He is also a dragon, but more like a wurm than a wyrm -- aka he slithers up and eats things, not so much fairy dust and fire. His hunger can propel him at great speeds, though, so be wary! Also, while some champions tend to be feast-or-famine, this guy is all feast. Tahm Kench would be proud.

He is a mana-based champ.

Passive: Growing Hunger: When Atramentous feeds, his hunger is not sated. Instead, it grows. His hunger feeds on itself, demanding more. With each stack of Growing Hunger Atramentous gains, he gets +(0.5/1.0/1.5)% increased movement speed, max health, and damage. He has a max of 10 stacks. When he reaches 10 stacks, he gains Insatiable which reduces the cooldown of all his regular abilities by 1 second and healing X health) whenever he would gain a new stack of Growing Hunger. Stacks of Growing Hunger begin to dissipate rapidly if Atramentous has not gained a stack in the last 10 seconds

Q: Consume Matter: Atramentous takes a bite out of the given enemy (anything that can be auto-attacked), dealing damage and giving Atramentous a stack of Growing Hunger, champions grant two stacks.

W: Devour Essence: Any non-attackable enemy effects (AOE fields, some traps, etc) in an area are devoured (dispelled). This will not remove effects that are already on a character and do not affect other allied characters. E.g. this will dispel Twitch's venom cask, but not poison stacks already on characters. For each effect dispelled, Atramentous gains a stack of Growing Hunger. Multi-part effects (e.g. Ziggs bombs) are dispelled all-at-once and only give one stack

E: Eat Everything: Atramentous eats all non-elixir, non-epic buffs and debuffs on himself other than those created by his passive, granting one stack of Growing Hunger for each effect eaten. If he devours at least one effect, he gets Lightened Load grants him an additional movement speed bonus of (A/B/C/D/E)% for 2 seconds. This cannot be cast while silenced, stunned, or suppressed.

R: The Void Within: Atramentous opens his gaping maw to reveal a black hole, sucking all enemy units in front of him into him for 0.5 seconds, removing them from play and dealing damage. Immediately after, anything that survived is spit out behind him. All units swallowed grant a stack of Growing Hunger, with champions granting two stacks. Units killed grant an additional stack of Growing Hunger.

He would play like a tank, becoming tankier and faster the more he ate. While normally slow-moving, debuffing him (such as by applying a slow) can actually greatly increase his speed as he eats everything and charges in very quickly. Once he becomes insatiable, his cooldowns can become greatly reduced as he continually eats magic effects, enemies, whatever that are in range, further fueling his appetite. He is vulnerable to being fully disabled, and he has no dashes or ways to get to clever opponents if they are smart. However, he has some tremendous advantages vs some mobile opponents who usually rely on debuffing their opponents to stay at a distance.

This character provides some interesting and unique strategic opportunities. For example, he could dispel an enemy's item 3107 active before it goes off. He can dispel Fizz's fish if it hasn't latched on to anyone, but he can't dispel the fish if it is already a debuff on another character (unless it's on him, then he eats everything!). His abilities are all medium-to-low range, so he must get close. In laning, he would want to build up his hunger stacks before engaging his opponent, but building stacks always takes mana, so that and cooldowns are his gate. Once he becomes insatiable, he turns really nasty.
