Vladimir Rework
Even tho I am not sure if you're already working on it here my little idea for a Vladimir Rework. since let's be honest. . He needs one!
I always liked the Sand Idea there was with in the early development phase of Azir So heres my take on it
(DISCLAIMER:This is more of a redesign of his kit adding a new mechanic to his kit and making him sligly Ness enerving to play against)
VLADIMIR'S SPELLS:
Passive :Bloody ground/Blood Stained ground Vladimir leaves behind soiled ground that after a while disappears 10|20/40/60 seconds This ground reveals targets walking on it and give them a bleeding effect 2% of max health as magic dmg every second
Q:Consumption Is a wide skillshot that slows enemy's for 40% for 1,5 seconds when walking on Stained ground 60/80/120/160/180 magic damage 0,3 AP 8/7,5/7/6,5/6 seconds
2:After hitting a Champion or Epic monster Vladimir can reactivate this ability to gain 10 % of his missing health back for every champion or epic monster on his soiled ground
W:Red River Vladimir gains a burst of movement speed for 6 seconds 300ms and leaves behind soiled ground 50%Tenacity towards incoming Crowd control 20/18/16/14/12 seconds 5% current health
E:Blood spike Vladimir creates a spike within a 1000 radius of himself that detonates after 2 seconds damaging every enemy within a 600 range. 120/160/200/240/300 base dmg. 0,6 ap scaling
R: Blood lake After a 2 second cast time Vladimir creates a blood lake (diameter of 1500)he can recast this ability to sink into the ground and reappear somewhere in 1000 range of him somewhere out of his soiled ground. 120/110/90 seconds 10% current health
Attack Range 500 Base Health 700 +100per level
This is by far not Great but I would just like to see this champ do something in this meta once again also there are other ways of making a champ fun to play than adding one shot potential and 30 dashes onto him.
