Skins for Summoners Rift, Twisted Treelines, Howling Abyss, and (I guess..) Crystal Scar.

Now, I do not actually have anything to show for these skin ideas as I am not that great of a drawer or good at putting my ideas on paper. But, it's just an Idea I had. (or other people have had in the past.)
I know that you can change the skin yourself buy downloading something from a secondary site. But, I thought that it would be too much to wait for it to be updated as the game updates continuously or have them not work part of the time or creating bugs and such, plus I believe in Riot to make the skins of great quality.
Now, I think it would be amazing if we could buy map skins. I feel like it's kind of far-fetched. But, I just want to put this out there. (I don't know if there has been anything similar that has gotten more or less press, So, I'm just putting my thoughts on here to see what people think.)
We should be able to buy a Map Skin, and since it is a rather big skin it probably would be on the pricier side.. Maybe 2,000-2,500 + RP But, I believe some ideas of what the maps could be could correlate to some existing champion skins, such as Void, Guardian Sands, or Battle-cast Rift. (etc.) Possibly the whole map does not have to change, but some details on the map such as colors, animals, effects of killing things in the jungle (For example, the Void rift skin could have a blue buff falling into a void, or be encaptured into the void, Or for the Battlecast they die in an explosion, or the Guardian Sands then fall into quicksand.), or textures.
Do you remember the map Butcher's Bridge ? What if we could buy that to replace howling abyss, and use it as we please? I find playing League day in and day out, that it gets rather boring in the sense of scenery. Especially if you play for a long time, and have a very short attention span (And enjoy change and customization!) like me!
Do not get me wrong. I <3 League! But, a change in scenery is always nice, as they say!
I'm not really sure how this would get to Riot, or if they review these things, or if it's a great enough idea to consider, but feel free to leave your comments and ideas down below.
