hundreds of miles below runaterra , is a Crevice that leads to a bottomless Graveyard Pit where all the old and removed league of legends items rest . Overtime , the injustice and hatred of the items fueled by the thoughts and longing of the players that once used them gave rise to a twisted energy , spurning and spurning into a jet black haze until it gave birth to a single sentient being..

Fleugl , a cloaked and veiled jet black faceless shadowy being , all sorts of old items hovering on his back in a circular Chakram like formation . _ Runaterra.... I.. am coming.. I.. Rise.. Vengeance.. Fall.. Praise.. and.. long.. for.. the items... of.. Yore.. _


Stats : pretty much a run in the mill mid laner stats ( fleugle doesnt use any resource bar , mana or energy and only rely on cooldown )

Lane position and Role : " ??? " Wildcard , preferebly Top lane so he is much more safe before his power spike , Viable in Mid aswell if you know how to weather the storm for Juicy Roams .


Abilities

Innate / champion passive , " I have no use for this " : Fleugle doesnt concern himself with Gold , he wont generate gold overtime like other champs do , but he can gain gold from kills , assists , objectives , jungle camps , and minions , he also isnt capable to buy items from doran's shop . But Instead , Fleugle may convert all of his gold to craft a Dark Treasure chest while in base leaving it there , with the icon of the champ he chose to give it to ( his own unique HUD menu concerning his passive will be available once he's in base ) has a 10 min cooldown but is instantly refreshed when he lvls his ultimate . _note _ : when the ally you chose opens the treasure chest to receive gold from it , that champ will only gain 25% of the Total gold you converted , the percentage will gradually increase when Fleugle lvls up = 4% more gold every 3 levels ( caps at lvl 15 )


Wield : Zephyr [ https://leagueoflegends.fandom.com/wiki/Zephyr ] ( Q ) : Fleugle gains the stats and effects of the Zephyr item for 3 seconds , Duration per level : 3 / 4 / 5 /6 / 7 secs , " No Cost "
Cooldown per level : 12.5 / 12.5 / 12.5 /12.5 /12.5


Vengeful Haze / Lamenting orbs ( W ) : Fleugle zooms in a cresent wave like manner ( 600 range ) in a chosen direction , and slows enemies around him on arrival for 40% in a 1.5 sec duration , Lamenting Orbs : Sends descending barrage of dark orbs (500 range) towards a Location you choose ( 145 effect Radius / Aoe ) dealing 150 + 80% of Bonus AP upon impact , and shortly after , 2 more barrage will arrive on the same location , with - 30% of its original potency each wave ( second barrage will slow anyone in the area by 80 % .50 sec and the Third barrage will Stun for .25 sec ) . " No cost " , Cooldown per level : 9 / 8.50 / 8 / 7.50 / 7 sec , Flat damage per level : 175 / 200 / 225 / 250 / 275


Wield : Death Fire Grasp ( E ) : Fleugle gains the stats and effects of Death fire grasp item for 3 seconds , Duration per level : 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 secs , " No Cost " , Cooldown per level : 12.5 / 12.5 / 12.5 / 12.5 / 12.5 ( while its duration lasts you may reactivate this again to target an enemy champ with death fire's notorious active effect . Also , while Death fire grasp wielding is active " Vengeful haze " temporarily changes to " Lamenting orbs " if Death Fire grasp wielding is used while Vengeful Haze is in cooldown , it will immediately make Lamenting orbs available to cast


Bereavement of Yore ( R ) : everytime you level this ability , a HUD will pop up ( preferebly do this while in base or behind a turret ) where you can scroll or search type the old items you want to acquire permanently then click on it to acquire it . You cannot sell these items and will stay in your inventory in the remainder of the game , once chosen . Goodness, some of them items would be broooken xD Breathstealer Netherstride Zhonya's Ring, But we'd get Will of the Ancients back so... worth? Flesheater also sounds pretty interesting... I'm sure many of those items could come back and be just fine.

I would try and get this guy on my team so I could build ** Rite of Ruin, Pox Arcana, Netherstride, Zhonya's Ring, Rabadon,** and The Rose's Pride With runes that gives me 45% CDR, +1,163 AP, 300% mana regen, +64 Armor, +20% movement speed, a 1,944 - 4 second shield, Stasis, and tower taking power. Unless Rab and Ring would be completely separate buffs, like 175% total AP instead of 165%? That would increase the AP to around 1,232. Throw in some infernals and you've got URF size stats.

hmmm a concept based on the old items..... hmmmm as a long time player i'm ashamed to admit i haven't really kept track of what items have been removed and which ones that were nerfed or edited. (never really cared to focus on this)

The concept seems possible though it would need to be coded with access to the games old data cache in order to get those items. so hows this HUD gonna be? is it like the current items menu/ shop?, then if so why not just give him admin access while in shop so he can get any item?, within boundaries of the map of course.

Also vengeful haze reminds me of my Gabriel's death wave so am flattered to see a similar ability.
your lamenting orbs are interesting but i've yet to grasp how exactly the are fired/ cast.

without a given time frame between the waves this ability seems almost overbearing however its well mitigated since you added the reducing damage, still its something to be added though.

Ha Ha this is just me thinking but can this have a lingering field effect? like after the ability ends it leaves the area electrified dealing either low damage to enemies or hasting allies passing through over the next 3-5 seconds. this way the character has more utility for team play.

his r should be a channel where we visually see him chanting with the weapons rotating around him.

And now finally What type of champion is this since he has access to all items ever he can build anything, but you never specified what he was.
