After getting this skin in a mystery box, It bothers me. Why cant she just be wearing the shirt, why does her bra have to be out, the shirt is closed on the bottom, but completely out of the way in the middle. What is the point in this?

It's a typical 'sexy' fanservice outfit. I personally dislike outfits that have boobs on display for no reason in particular other than to please some fanboys. For example, I'm fine with Ahri having cleavage in her classic and foxfire, maybe even popstar, but it's SO out of place in Challenger. Why the hell would you have a boob window in a sleek, armored outfit? Fanservice.
I always assumed it was a corset of some sort, but now that I actually look at it, her blue uniform is an underbust and the black area really does look like her bra.
In other news, that's a really well fitting bra to not have any straps holding it up and still be that flattering. I'm jealous and need to know where she shops.
