Champ Concept- The Oracle (inspired by DOTA 2)
Gameplay
The oracle specializes in both healing and buffing his allies, and debuffing and amplifying damage on enemies. He has to be careful, because one misplaced spell could spell his doom for his allies.
Passive: Balance is Power The Oracle will heal or damage each unit he targets with his abilities, healing or dealing damage (10/20/30/etc. per level 1-18 + 50% AP) over time per spellcast. He alternates between healing and damage per spellcast as well.
Q: Revitalize The Oracle heals an ally or enemy for (150/200/250/300/350 + 30% AP) hp. He also removes debuffs from allies and buffs for enemies. The debuff/buff removal comes before the heal.
W: At the Price of Pain The Oracle fires a skillshot, passing through all minions, dealing damage. It stops at the first champion hit, ally or enemy, and deals damage to them as well (100/200/300/400/500 + 10%AP). Healing done to them is increased by 50% (counts as a buff). Dealing damage to allies cannot execute them (with one exception).
E: Shield of Strength and Enemy of Wisdom The oracle shields an ally or enemy, making a physical damage shield that soaks up to 100/200/300/400/500 +50%AP damage. Magic damage done to them is increased by 10/15/20/25/30%, however. (This counts as a debuff).
R: THE RUNE OF DOOOM The Oracle places a rune on an ally or enemy, increasing damage dealt and taken by 15/30/45%. Healing done to the target is increased by 10/25/40%. (Counts as a buff when cast on an ally and a debuff when cast on an enemy). If the target takes lethal damage, they are executed, and their respawn time is reduced by 50%.)
