Latrina (The pride of the Whip) Champion Suggestion

A female jungler/assassin/marksman (riots choice). Latrina uses a whip as her weapon the whip is made of regular whip material with a blade attached to the end of it. Latrina has a pet that travels either walking behind her or on her shoulder , ect. I think this is a unique factor to add to the league seeing that there are very few champions with pets like Quinn and valor. Quinn's ultimate allows valor to take control gaining extra speed but valor is not in company 24/7 with Quinn valor only shows herself when Quinn uses Q or R. I think Latrina should have a pet yordle companion either on her shoulder or walking behind/beside her. Latrina's passive ; Trail should include her pets assistance. Trail is an effect that lasts for 3 seconds when Latrina has auto attacked a enemy champion het pet yordle will trail/follow the enemy for 3 seconds this can be extremely useful against those annoying champs like Wukong with his W or Le Blanc with her passive or Shaco's ultimate, ect. Latrina's ultimate: Latrina hooks a target (like a nautilus Q) and once the target is hooked Latrina pulls herself towards the target with he legs flying straight forward kicking the enemy back. If the enemy is kicked into the wall they are stunned (for example: 1.5 seconds). If the enemy is not kicked into a wall they will get pushed away from the area but instead of a stun they suffer bleed damage from the blade (for example 2 seconds).
