thornmail update

I was just playing a game vs a 4 ap comp w/ mf an I was thinking of getting adaptive helm but it only reduces magic damage abilities.

my idea update for thornmail is that INSTEAD of coldsteel (which would allow players to get both thornmail and randuins again) taking PHYSICAL damage from a spell or basic atk reduces subsequent physical damage from attacker by 10% for 4 seconds.

(this would make it like adaptive helm and get about the same amount of dmg reduction as what it currently gets from coldsteel)
