Updated Champion Concept: Serene, Duchess of Sleep

Serene's stats AA range: 450

Ability Changes Greatly reduced her solo potential. Better highlighted her as a Support.

Passive: Quick to Rest While out of combat, Serene and her nearby allies will regenerate 1/4/7/10% of their missing mana per second.

Q: Counting Sheep Cost: 45 mana CD: 8 second recharge Range: 750 Passive Serene's and Papa's basic attacks and Serene's wool abilities (Q and W) apply stacks of Counting Sheep to enemy champions and Wool to ally champions. When an enemy champion has 5 8 stacks, they'll become Drowsy, falling asleep after one second for 3 seconds. Each stack has an individual duration of 3 seconds Wool increases armor and magic resist by 20 per stack, maximum 5 stacks. All stack will be lost after 10 seconds. Active First Cast Serene targets Papa or another ally or enemy champion. Second Cast Serene targets another champion that she didn't target with the first cast. Serene can only target herself with the second cast. If the first target was Papa, he will leap to the targeted champion to either shield an ally or knock up an enemy. If the first target was not Papa, Serene will open a portal to the dream realm under both targeted champions. An astral sheep will then leap out of the portal under the first target and into the portal under the second target. Ally champions will be healed for 80/120/160/200/240 (+0.8 AP) and enemy champions will take 40/60/80/100/120 (+0.4 AP) magic damage. Serene can use this ability while moving.

W: Wool Blanket Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 mana CD: 10 seconds Range: 600 Serene grants a wool blanket to either Papa or an another ally champion (Serene can't target herself with this ability. Champions will be shielded for 10/15/20/25/30% of their maximum health in 5 seconds. As the shield persists, basic attacks deal 10/20/30/40/50 (+0.33 AP) bonus magic damage and apply stacks of Counting Sheep. Casting on Papa will cause him to emit an aura for 5 seconds.

E: Cross Line Cost: 60 mana CD: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds Range: 800 Serene thrusts her cross out in a line, dealing 30/40/50/60/70 (+0.5 AP) magic damage to all enemies that the cross goes through. Serene then thrusts the cross back, dealing the damage again. She will pull all ally champions and Papa to herself on the return thrust. Pulling Papa will grant maximum Wool stacks to Serene and all other ally champions that were pulled a movement speed boost to all Serene and all champions she pulled.

R: Papa, The Astral Ram Cost: 100 mana CD: 60 seconds Range: 750 Passive Serene is constantly followed around by Papa, the only male astral sheep in existence. Papa greatly admires Serene, to the point of which he believes that she is one of his ewes and thus he must always protect her. Because Papa is an astral being, he can only be targeted by Serene, ignore unit collision, and can move through terrain. Papa will attack any visible enemy in his AA range. Papa will always stay in a 750 unit range of Serene, returning to her when the range is exceeded. Papa's first attack against a new target will always deal double damage and stun for 1 second. All damage Papa deals to a sleeping target is converted into True damage. Papa's stats Basic Attack damage: 30/40/50/60 (+0.7 AP) magic damage AS: 0.5 attacks per second Basic Attack range: 125 Papa has special interactions with Serene's base abilities. Counting Sheep Shield an ally champion for 120/160/200/240 (+1.2 AP) in 5 seconds and damage an enemy champion will be knocked up. Papa will then focus his attacks on the enemy champion hit. Wool Blanket Papa emits an 300 unit range aura that grants a Wool stack per second Increase ally armor and magic resist by 25/50/75/100 to ally champions within and slows all enemy units by 40%. Cross Line Shields Serene and all allies she pulled for 60/80/100/120 (+0.6 AP) in 5 seconds. Increase the movement speed of Serene and all champions she pulled by 20/35/50/65% Active Serene commands Papa to charge at the target enemy champion, dealing 90/120/150/180 (+0.9 AP) magic damage and knocking them back. Papa will then focus his attacks on the enemy champion.

Lore changes Includes Papa Papa got his name from Grace. The idea for the name was based entirely on how Papa fawns over Serene. Papa is very protective over Serene and any child that she would come to help.
