Ability and an item idea (Sort of a champion concept)

So yea this is my first ever post so yea let's get right to it.

I love playing tanks and bruiser like champions, with Tahm Kench, Maokai, Trundle and Nautilus being a few.

So how about a new type of boot that provides health? It could either be: +45 MS and 150-300hp. +45 MS and with a passive that gives the champion scaling health (50-300 at levels 1-18) +45 MS with a cinderhulk like passive: 5% bonus health from items. So a sunfire will give 525hp instead of 500.

On to the abilities/champion idea. I was thinking about a friend of Ekko. His/hers passive would be that he/she can choose wether to be a tank or an ap champ. At the start of the game he/she can choose wether have all of his/her abilites based on health or Ap. He/she would be melee and have a baseball bat looking weapon (like Ekko).

Q: Swings his/her bats wherever the cursor is pointing. Covering a 45° degree angle. If he/she chose the tank passive, the Q will deal a decent amount of base AD damage and a percentage of his/hers max health. If he/she chose the AP passive, it will deal AP and have an AP scaling (will not deal a percentage of his/hers max hp as damage) Whatever he/she hit will also be knocked back a little bit (like 300-500 units) The ability would also be able to shoot back any skillshot or projectile that it hits during the swing. Where the projectile flies depends on how he/she stood. This means that u could basicly redirect a Jinx ult and turn in against the enemy team (however it would still damage friendly champions if they're hit by it). The ability could basicly turn Xeraths Q, E and R against him and his team.

W: would either be an ability in which u place down one of those base thingys in baseball (no idea what they are called) and if he/she is withing a certain range of the base. He/she will gain bonus movementspeed while running towards it or when inside the area. Or It would be an ability where he/she slams the bat to the ground, knocking back ALL enemy and friendly units. Dealing either AP or AD damage depending on which passive u chose

E: would be sprint dash mix. Imagine a Hecarim E that u can activate again to dash into an enemy champion or over an obstacle. If u dash into a champion it will deal AD or AP damage depending on the passive. It will also reduce the Armor and MR of the target. The damage is increased aswell depending on how far you have travelled.

(Keep in mind that when in "tank mode" abilities scale of max HP. AP mode... well AP duh.)

R: Not completely sure yet. One idea I have is that when u activate it, the game slows down by 50% for everyone but yourself for a short while (he/she is friends with Ekko so ofc she can manipulate time a bit like duuuuh^^).

The other idea is pretty simple. When u press R, the entire game goes back 5-15 secs. Depending on the level of the ult. This could be op, since you could simply prevent a bad team fight from happening or u could troll/screw your team over if u decied to use it when you're about to die. So that's why I thought about putting on a cast timer of some sort.
