[League of Legends] LoL Thresh the HOOKER support

I believe Thresh is the best HOOKER in the game. Yeah yeah not the way you thinking. I recentlly bought this champ and tryed it, I main mid/top, but due to the long waiting in Q, I usually put in fill and as I keep getting support, I decided to buy him, he is defintally so fun, it does not really matter if you are sup or not xD. Any Thresh mains got a hint as what to build on him? usually I go face of the mountain, boots, frozen hearth and then I dont know what else.
