New game mode, easy, basic.

Aram, 5x5, random pick, your reroll for aram are the same as for this game mode. Everyone starts at lvl 18, and all items are free, and you are able to have full build immediately, towers can be buffed, or not even.

You could also make it self pick, but it would get ruined quickly with everyone trying to pick OP champs.
