Key frags now automatically combine at 3 stacks. Why? Ease of use. Key frags don't have any current other uses besides becoming keys. The combination step is unnecessary.

Chests, and Keys show up in client under RP and BE. Why? Lets players know when they have loot they can unlock. Optimistically, it may encourage folks to play honorably for key frags, or play well for chests.

Champion shards remain in inventory during rental, can be upgraded into permanents during rental. Why? To Encourage more rentals and champion tests for lower content accounts. Provide more then free week champions. Makes champ shards feel better overall and provides more opportunity's for lower content accounts to build their champion pool with less frustration from buying a champion they end up disliking.

Rentals provide a 80% of their value in BE on expiration.
Why? Because IP is now BE. BE generation comes largly from shards. Low content players are not encouraged to use rental as it prevents them from having more content long term. High content accounts have less opportunity's to rent as they likely own the champions in shards, and also will likely just want to use disenchant for more BE as its more valuable. -
Mass disenchant. Why? ease of use. Removal of extra tokens from events, and save time for shard to BE conversion. I currently have 59 champion shards sitting in inventory because its quicker to open capsules then it is to transform the contents.

Skin shard rentals, same changes as discussed in 3 and 4. Why? To promote actual usage of the rental feature, currently it feels better (for me at least) to just wait for 3 skins I don't care about and reroll them if low OE value or disenchant instantly if High OE value.
