Steel Legion Commander Karthus

So, I'm not good at art so I have no visual concept for this, but basically a Karthus skin that makes him a commander with the Steel Legion, with his tome being changed to a device (such as a tablet) used for calling in his abilities, with his Q's being little bursts of energy that the Steel Legion often uses, and his ult being precision satellite strikes. His walls could be easily changed to walls of energy and his E could charge the ground around him.

I haven't thought of anything for his passive yet, though...
