NEW GAME MODE: Training grounds?

So I've been playing league of legends for years not quite sure how many years ( I started before irelia if anyone can help ty ) and I've always wanted to test out builds to see which is the best against certain situations. Of course bots come to mind or just look up a build with your idea and see if it's a hit or miss. I'd much rather load up a game where I can dynamically change bots ( or friends ) levels and have infinite gold etc. I wanna see if x stacks with x or at what point i can solo dragon or baron and with what items and such. Also in this game mode maybe DPS tracker would be helpfull. Everyone knows what build does the most dps for flat damage for a ADC. But what agaisnt mundo? or if you're playing vayne or a champ with a mechanic that may require more variation in build. Anyway just my thoughts
