Add Main Screen Ping

Add a Ping Viewer function to the main screen of the client, Profile Tab, Lobby Screen, or even right next to the icon in the upper right corner, or ETC. . Most players just want to get in a game and don't want to take the time to load into a practice tool game, especially if you have a low end computer and loading takes a while anyway. Losing a game feels bad because a player loads in and has unplayable ping or even disconnects, then it's a 4 versus 5 or however many people are lagging that game.
