So..with Clash approaching as League's official tournament mode...what about Triumphant Ryze?

I remember he was handed out for winning Riot-approved official tournaments for players who won 1st place.

What if you could obtain it by winning a 16-bracket 1st place with 10 tickets or something like that? Would put the skin where it was always meant to be in my opinion.
