A story in which Viktor (almost) zaps Singed's balls.

This story touches a bit more about the multi-floor middle-class environment of Zaun and an attempt to give Singed a more interesting character that really makes him the 'Mad Chemist'. It's largely a fun little aside of potential concepts that I wanted to experiment with but not things so absurd that they would instantly be considered non-canon.
