Summoner Icon Design <<NEW IDEA>>

So I'm sifting through my summoner icon's list, and it dawns on me. How cool would it be if you could make your OWN? I remember playing Call of Duty blackops, and being able to user a multi layer system to create awesome icons. Without going into depth, I think it would be awesome if Riot allowed us to do this. I think it would be super cool. So if your reading this and you like it, and think you could make the argument a little better then me, please do so! I'd love riot to get a look at this and implement it!
