Bring more people to lol and help them like the game

I play lol every day in my free time, and have thought to my self what if we had a way to start something like a guild and get people that play with each other the option to have clan matches, and be able to recruit other players along with being able to help them learn how to play the game. Then later on down the road have matches that let you win stuff like in mlg and so on. I have may thoughts on what we can do to help make lol a better place for people to come and have fun. No mater the age of the player every one here has fun as it is but i think there are a few things that can be added to make it that much more fun for players. So if yall have any ideas and thoughts about this go ahead and comment on it. ty and have fun out there.
