Champion Concept: Buttah, the envoy of deliciousness
While Buttah is the diplomatic representative of Flavor Town, he is still a conniving master of deception that kills his enemies slowly with them never realizing it until it's too late.
#Abilities
Passive: Diabetus: When Buttah feeds an enemy champion, he inflicts a stack of Diabetus upon them and confers them bonus gold. As an enemy champion gains stacks of Diabetus, they gain resistance to displacements and knock-ups but also move slower and attack slower than before, as well as having increased cooldowns.
At 10 stacks of Diabetus, the enemy champion takes 100% max health true damage and suffers a vastly increased death timer. They must also pay gold in order to have a heart transplant. This will prevent the champion from gaining any more stacks of diabetus.
After the heart transplant, the enemy champion may also purchase a Magitech Rascal Scooter in order to remove the movement speed penalty from Diabetus, but they will retain the increased cooldowns and attack speed reduction.
Q: Slather: Buttah sacrifices his health to slather an ally with his deliciousness, healing them for a bit and increasing their movement speed. If the ally is killed within an amount of time after being slathered, they inflict a stack of Diabetus on the enemy.
W: Melt: Buttah melts all over the ground, making a slick surface that causes enemies to slip and become grounded. Enemies that have slipped allow Buttah to cast Slather on them and inflict a stack of Diabetus.
E: Slick: When Buttah is auto-attacked by an enemy champion, his buttery body causes their hands to become slick, causing them to drop their weapon and have to attack Buttah by eating him instead. An enemy that finishes Buttah off by eating him gains an additional stack of Diabetus.
R: I'm Delicious!: Buttah taunts all enemies in an area, forcing them to attack him. If Buttah dies during the duration of the taunt, all enemies who were attacking him gain a stack of Diabetus.
#The goal of this champion:
Up until now, we've kind of just been filling in different champions to try and cover the necessary Feed role on every team. Right now, Yasuo is one of the top Feed picks, but is unfortunately inconsistent in his ability to really make the role work. This is where Buttah comes in - he will be League's first official Feed champion, bringing a whole new meta to the table.
