Concept Skins - Molten Zac

I spent time looking at skins concepts when suddenly, I came across this wonderful concept of a skin on Zac, a character of the game that is very powerful, not as much play as Lux support obviously, nor an Ahri, an Ezreal, a Soraka or a Miss Fortune, but very very strong in the game and it deserves a little more intention I think about its impact in game It has not received skins since 2015 (I do not count SKT skins as character skins, no offense). I know there are many other champions neglected, thank you. But it would be time to stop skins on characters over-played all that for the money, you already win a lot, then it's time to put it and please the players who do not play the game "meta", It's annoying to see all the time the same characters privileged with each new patch.
