Achievements and Rewards, can we get them?

I'm an avid video gamer, and one of those things that I see that is very rewarding in a lot of games is an "Achievements" tab. World Of Warcraft, CsGO, any game on steam, etc. I think it would be really cool to introduce achievement rewards (I.E. "My first penta" for a pentakill, or "Get rekt noob" for giving up first blood, or "One trick Khazix" for playing kha 10 games in a row, or "big baller" for getting 10k gold in a game). You could unlock custom icons or banners for completing some of these achievements with blue essence or orange essence, or just have a page you can look at in your profile. I think it would be cool and losses would hurt less if you keep getting acknowledged for the good things you've done for your team or personal bests. And it would be cool to collect these achievements, giving players even more reasons to queue up for additional games to complete "achievement collections". I think it could be easily done, and would be great for skilled and unskilled players alike. Any thoughts?
