Forecast Janna rework

I think Forecast Janna is getting old, but apart from that I think it's the least apealing legendary skin there is. It's kind of goofy and doesn't fit Janna's other cool looking skins. Right now this skin is one of the least attractive skills she has and for me it feels more like an april fools skin than something you would really want to have.

Or at least give it chromas.
