[Champion Concept] Mr. Crazy, the Soulmancer
Long Lore
The Black Mist. The Harrowing. The Shadow Isles. These few words bring pain, despair, and torment. It's these words, if spoken, send a shiver down one's spine and for some haunting memories that they'll never forget. Few people survive a Harrowing let alone the Black Mist itself, but one man seemed destined to meet it's haunting guise. Jon Quiver met his fate in Bilgewater as soon as the demons from the Black Isle's targeted the city once again. Jon was no stranger to violence or battle, but he was not prepared for the mystic force known as the Black Mist. Cornered in a back alley of the city, after taking a wrong turn, Jon had his back against the wall, breathing heavy as the Mist crept closer to him. He prayed to the many gods in this realm to save from the horror, but nothing of the sorts came as the Mist kept is crawling advance. Just as it was about to touch his feet it stopped, lingering just waiting. Jon felt the ground quake as he heard footsteps approaching. The sound grew louder, the quakes grew tremendous until it all suddenly stopped, Jon himself felt a tower presence before him, but couldn't see anything. The Mist parted, revealing the monster: Mordekaiser. The Iron Clad Revenant looked down up the small man, who now grew pale at the very sight of him. Mordekaiser laughed at the man's cowardice before finally speaking to him. He wasn't there to kill him but to offer him power the likes that no mortal has ever seen or wielded. For Jon, the choice was simple: either say no and die or agree and hopefully not die. He agreed, the Revenant laughed, stating that Jon will now become a Prophet for the Isle's, to travel endlessly from town to town, searching for ones that were ripe with souls for them to feast upon with the Harrowing. Mordekaiser lifted his hand toward Jon's forehead, tapping it and for a second nothing happened. That was until a burning sensation started to build until Jon's face felt he just placed his head in a furnace, the Mist rushed toward the man now crying in agony, engulfing him, changing his appearance. Once done it retreated back to Mordekaiser, chuckling, he turned his back to the small man, stating that he must take his leave and the rest was up to him: The Prophet of the Mist.
The rain in Zaun hadn't let up for several days and showed no signs of stopping. Outside a bar in the middle of the town, the Rat's Nest, stood a single man clothed, from what could be seen, was a cloak that covered his entire person from the neck down to his ankles. A black top hat with a white strip at the base where it met the brim and tailored made black dress shoes. He wore sheer white mask modeled after the Comedy mask in theater; however, there no was strap to keep it up and yet it stayed on. The eye and mouth holes were pitch black and nothing could be seen behind them. What lied under the cloak itself was a mystery that only this stranger knew what lie underneath. The rain was now coming down in sheets as the man walked towards the bar, his movement was swift and calculated, the rain bounced off him as if a force field covered his person. He made his way toward the door, grabbing the handle he shoved it open force as it swung inwards into the wall with a loud bang. As if to announce his arrive lightning flashed behind him followed by a crack of thunder. The lights in the bar flickered as the patrons turned toward the figure that entered showing no hint of surprise. Seeing a man barge from a storm like this was common in Zaun, so was the average man wearing a cloak and mask, usually to hid their identity if they "business" dealings to take care of. They returned to sulking in their alcohol paying the man no heed as he made his way across the room to a small table. The masked man took a seat, careful not let his cloak reveal what he was hiding, and waited patiently for a server. A pretty, young barmaid came rushing up to him as she was late to take his order. Before she could offer anything the man spoke.
"Please, just a mug of ale and a jar of honey," he said.
She gave him a look of confusion over the honey.
"It's to remove the bitterness of the ale," he explained. "Okay, are sure that's all for you?" she asked. "I'm quite sure, miss," he stated.
She made her to the back and prepared his order. As she did the man waited patiently, aware of the many glances that were being shot his way. The barmaid came back, placing his order on the table in front of him. A bag of coins appeared on the table as payment. She picked it up, but was aware on how heavy it was.
"Sir, this too much for an order like that," she explained. "Please, take it, I have plenty," he stated.
She shrugged and rushed to the back, knowing full well that this man meant trouble if he was flashing his money like that. But, that's what the man wanted, hoping his bait would land a catch. The sound of wood scraping against wood filled the air as a man slowly got up from his seat, making his way toward the masked man. The already smiling mask seemed to grin even more as his first victim came towards him.
"Well, looky here! Seems like we got a fancy nobleman to grace the Rat's Nest. You know flashing your money like could land you in a tight spot around here," the man said. "I'm well aware of this, but I can handle myself," the masked stated. "Hear that boys? Sounds like a threat," the patron stated.
The roomed fill with laughter at the thought of some Noblefolk knowing how to stand up for themselves.
"Mister, you sure are funny. Although I've never seen you around these parts before, you gotta name? That way we've got something to put on your tombstone?" he asked.
More laughter. The burly man was now inches away from the masked man, his thick fingers itchin to reach for something, a weapon perhaps. The cloaked man was not impressed by this man's attempt to be funny but gave him the satisfaction by giving a slight chuckle to his "joke".
"If you must know it's Mister Crazy," Crazy stated.
The man's smiled faltered a bit, the name sounded familiar, but as if by some cosmic force he couldn't remember. That was until another patron in the back fell out of his chair.
"No! It can't be! Not the Prophet!" he exclaimed.
The air in the room seemed to die as if by the mere mention of the Prophet killed all emotion. The man next to Crazy jumped back brandishing his sword, the rest of the patrons jumped from their chairs, weapons drawn. They've all heard the rumors of the Prophet, a man gifted with powers by the Black Mist itself. A man so deadly, the only reason the rumors existed is because he allowed one person to live.
"T-that can't be him! The rumors say he stands seven feet tall, with a green light emitted from his body," explained a random patron. "That's the thing isn't it. How much faith are you willing to put into a mere rumor? Hmm, it seems like you have a choice, kill an innocent man....or kill the infamous Prophet and gain fame you never dreamed of," Crazy stated.
The first man smiled, he heard the rumors all of which were just rumors, usually spouting out from a crazed person who supposedly lived to tell the tale. There was no hard evidence this man was any Prophet, but no other proof to prove otherwise. Still this man was loaded and prophet or not he was gonna take it.
"I see you've come to a conclusion then?" Crazy asked. "Since you haven't proved otherwise, I think I'll enjoy gutting you like a pig," the man said. "Excellent choice," Crazy stated.
A dagger suddenly pierced the man's chest burying itself up to the hilt the man looked down surprised etched all over his face because the masked man never made any movement or so he thought. But what surprised him the most was that no blood was pouring from the wound nor was there any pain. Crazy stood up and threw his cloak in the air revealing what lay hidden beneath, a lime green three piece suit and pants with black pin-strips his hands covered with white opera gloves and his tie was pitch black. The patrons seemed blinded by the sudden garish, bright color of lime green which gave Crazy time to act. He suddenly appeared before the man with the dagger in his chest, a firm grip on the handle.
"Listen well, and listen carefully. You've just signed your death warrants. The price? Your souls!" he exclaimed.
Crazy slowly removed the dagger slowly pulling away the man's soul as he did. The man felt his flesh burning has he saw a pale blue image of himself exit from his body. He looked down and saw the dagger was causing this, his hand moving for the blade. Unfortunately, it was too late as his soul caught closer to Crazy it seemed to be sucked in by an unnatural force until suddenly it disappeared into the mouth of Mr. Crazy. The husk of the body stood motionless until it crumbled onto the floor lifeless.
"Oh, man, it's been awhile since I had a soul so corrupt! It tasted like a banquet made by the gods themselves! I wonder, are all of you corrupted as he was?" Crazy asked, laughing as the rest started to move backward. "Oh my gods! It truly is the Prophet! Every man for himself!" Shouted a patron.
The grin on Crazy's mask seemed to widen.
"I'm just getting started!"

So how does one play Mr. Crazy? His roles are Mage/Assassin, so you should defiantly take him into the mid lane or the top lane depending if you have an AD Mid lane. As you may have noticed he's weak in the early due to needing farm for his passive stacks in order for his abilities to do massive damage. I suggest playing it safe from early to mid game. His Mid to Late you should see his power starting to spike as, unlike Nasus or Thresh, just being near the death of a minion raises your soul stack by 1, so being in lane as much as possible is beneficial to achieving your power spike. Around Late game you should have enough stacks in order to unleash the full potential of your skills as you have multiple ways of preventing your enemies from escaping in order to deal high damage to them and with your E at max rank you should be able to soak up most the damage in order stay alive long enough in order to secure kills.
What skills should be leveled up first? Level up his E first for damage resist Then his Q for damage burst Then W as the stun duration never increases. And level his R and the appropriate places 6/11/16
What should you build on Mr. Crazy In the mid you should build a typical Mage/Assassin build
