Ult idea for a upcoming champion

An ultimate where you can select any VISIBLE champion on the map and copy their ult and be able to re-activate (to use the ult) for like 30 seconds after selecting the ult you want to copy, good for a support champion especially.

This would be cool, but depending on the rest of the abilities, this champ would be banned in every ranked match lol
