Urf as a permanent game mode

Had an idea for urf,if they ever brought normal urf back. Pick and ban phase has 7 bans, the first 5 are player specific and the last two being a team vote like in one for all. If they ever decided to make it a permanent mode a ranking system would be fun in my opinion. It would also be pretty cool to add old items like in nexus blitz maybe even old summoner spells like revive,clairvoyance,surge,etc.

Just some thoughts I had while playing urf on PBE and wanted to share. :)
