Skin Set Concept: Austin Powers Skins

I love the Austin Powers movies, and as I have been playing League of Legends I couldn't help but notice that there are a few champions that could have skins portraying the movies. Below is my list of such Champions, who/what the skin would be of, the skin name, and why that skin for that champion.
