We already have a clownShaco , an actorJhin ,and it's time for another man on the stage to step in. Cavid (reference from IMO the greatest magician, |C|opperfield, D|avid|) the Magician will perform a list of tricks to amuse enemies so much that they'll pay their ticket with their life.

Cavid The Magician

Cavid will appear as a skinny tall man with suit, wears monocle and a hat, and has mustache, like an ordinary stereotypical gentleman. No, no glass of wine in hand. Just no.

Cavid will be a ranged champion who fits top lane. He'll build mainly Hp and armor/magic resist like DrMundo since his abilities scales with his maximum HP. However, once he hits level 6, he becomes a shadow assassin with the ability to soak many otherwise-annoying spells with his ultimate. I mean...Riot already gave us a tanky ninja, so why not?

Cavid will be similar to Yasuo in terms of auto attack: he will take his hat off (like how Yasuo unsheathe his nodachi) and pigeons will fly out from his hat to attack his target. Yes, the pigeons will be his auto attack missiles. and much like how Yasuo sheathe his blade after a few seconds of not attacking, Cavid will put the hat back unto his head.

Roles:

  • Tank, Fighter

Passive: Levitation

  • Cavid constantly performs a magic on himself, making him levitated, gains % extra movement speed from all sources, ignores unit collision, and gains % tenacity.

Q: Sword-Pierce

  • Passive: Cavid generates 1 sword charge every few seconds in combat, which lasts until fired. Maximum X charges (W: Encase generated charges doesn't count towards this limit.)

  • Active: Cavid fires swords in a straight line, each causing flat + % of Cavid's maximum health (AP% bonus) + % of target's remaining health as physical damage, and applies on-hit effects, applies on-hit effects twice if target is encased. Deals reduced % damage to minion and monsters and increased % damage to encased targets.

  • If 3 swords hit while the target is encased, then the encased target is stunned for medium period of time, and takes % of Cavid's maximum health + % of target's missed health as true damage. Sword-Pierce has very very low cooldown.

W: Encase

  • Passive: Cavid gains less than tier 3 rune of percent health amount of maximum health bonus for each unit he slays (minions slain by E: Shapeshift gains half the amount), up to a maximum of % witch can be achieved by slain 30-60 minions at max rank.

  • Active: Cavid generates 3 sword charges which expire after 6 seconds, then throws a launcher forward, encasing (exhausting) the first champion or epic monster hit (passes through minions), reduces their attack and movement speed by 30%, their armor and magic resist by 10,and their damage dealt by 40% for a medium to long period of time.

E: Shapeshift

  • Cavid turns a friendly minion or an enemy champion into a vicious tiger, which can't attack any champion, executes minions, has bigger than melee attack range, quick attack speed, and yields lower% of normal gold at low ranks, and more % of normal gold at max rank to Cavid.

  • On friendly minion cast: lasts medium to long period of time, also causing each minion slain to heal Cavid and the tiger for % of maximum health+ flat per 1% missing health.

  • On enemy champion cast: lasts short to medium period of time, also causing any attack action against a champion redirected to the closest minion.

R: Disappear!

  • Cavid shrouds himself with an enchanted cloak, immediately turns invisible (unseen by stealth-detections) after the cast for medium period of time in terms of a buff status. During the time, his attacks and abilities will not reveal him, and can freely Sword-Pierce multiple targets (Sword-Pierce has unlimited charges, and becomes aoe ability similar to vladimir's new E) more than once per second, deals less damage on each sword hit on non-encased targets and more, stackable with W: Encase on encased target, he also takes more damage at lower ranks, and less damage at max rank from aoe abilities. He'll also redirect any single-target spells to him while being immune to their CC, however any aoe CC still applies.

(I have decided to not touch any of the exact number on each ability, since I am not trained in balancing the champions and I might insert very low or just too op numbers, so I'll leave them for you guys and Hopefully the Devs to worry about this)
