I've always said Urgot's kit isn't focused. Urgot's Ultimate brings some interesting plays to the Fields of Justice, but needed some teamwork to really pull off. And I'm talking specifically about champions who have "trap" abilities. Urgot's Ultimate worked best if he was standing in Teemo shrooms, or on a Caitlyn snare, or by a Shaco box, etc. Urgot was recently tuned in the new patch. Now his Ultimate fears enemies in a small AOE when he's finished, and his W can be activated during his Ultimate for more fear. But this kind of neglects the magnificent tool of placing an enemy in the exact location you want them. So, I think Urgot should receive a rework on his basic attacks.

Basically, Urgot will still attack the same, but he will have ammo like Jhin. When Urgot fires his last shot, he dispenses a radioactive cartidge. If an enemy steps on a cartridge, the enemy takes damage, which is increased if they are under the effects of Acid Hunter. Urgot would have to reload, like Jhin. Also, Acid Hunter could cost less mana and take from Urgot's ammo- which would make sense of a radioactive cartridge.
But, this way Urgot has some zoning in his kit- that he can use in combination with his Ultimate. With the right stat adjustments, he shouldn't be too overpowered.
