Four reasons why Oktoberfest Gangplank needs to be a thing

This is probably sort of beating a dead horse, so this won't be a long, drawn-out post. I'm just going to point out the reasons I think Oktoberfest Gangplank should be a skin.

1. Gangplank shows up in the background of Oktoberfest Gragas (think what they did with the Pool Party, starting with just Ziggs)
2. Oktoberfest comes every year, so even if it's too late to implement this year, there's an opportunity literally every year
3. In my opinion (obviously, some people will disagree), Gangplank could use another good skin. Most of his skins are pretty boring...again, in my opinion. In case you're wondering, what I consider to be exceptions are Special Forces and Sultan.
4. Gangplank has barrels now. It's perfect.

Anyway, that's what I think.
