Skin request: Heartthrob Vladimir

I get it's obvious but I want it. Vlad already has that sort of dashing vampire aesthetic and demeanor, I think it could be a classic and beloved skin for him.

The core components would be that the globule of blood in his hand becomes a beating heart (or perhaps a red rose) and his appearance could go in a few directions: shorter blonde or white hair spiked up in the front with a dress suit or tuxedo (anime style love interest), or long hair tied back in a ponytail in a dress suit (unconventional pickup artist).

To give a more concrete visual idea, I think the Nosferatu skin comes close in terms of how I imagine the outfit would be but the cape needs to be shored up in the back as it's too long to feel like something that would be worn out on a date.

I don't think his skill animations would need to change much, he's already a vampire which is an archetypal female love interest with an affinity for blood. So I wouldn't alter his basic animations really but I could see his ult becoming a simple embossment of a rose blossom.
