Raptor cloak didn't deserve to die

Top lane is just not the same without it. Sure, it wasn't bought very often but i presume it was because the items it build into were terrible. It was great for split pushing, awesome value and was a good buy into ranged AD champions that us top laners all complain about due to its armour and regen. Please riot if you see this, bring it back! <3 If in any way, shape or form you guys can bring it back, i along with other top lane mains would forever be greatful. Thanks.

I would like to see another item with the cloak kindlegem build to get another armor and health item with cdr. Ohmwrecker's stats were decent but it went mostly unused because people saw the active as being too situational.
