Let us spend essence to keep a champ in ARAM if someone dodges.

Ever been in an ARAM and you don't trade away Jinx, so the person dodging makes it to where you miss out on playing a fun champ? We should be able to lock in a champ but have to pay for it, at least give us the option. We all have so much essence and we want to spend it there too.
