Ouglaya, The Native Wrath

I'm pretty bad at making a balanced champion, or even making a champion that isn't copy and paste so I don't have much of a design. However, the idea behind Ouglaya is to make a champion that has strong Native American influence and portions of the sales of the champion will go to Native American charities. Ideally, if this works, after Ouglaya is said and come, we as a community can continue champion ideas similar to this to help bring at least a little bit of good to the world.
