Zangler (Angler Fish Zac) Skin Concept: It's time for a new Zac skin

When Zac came out I played a lot of him whether as a top laner or a jungler and I really enjoyed him as a champion. While both is Classic skin and secondary ones are cool, as an artist I had an idea of blending him with an angler fish that seemed pretty cool for a new third skin. There are already some deep sea skins so this one will pretty much be an addition to the lot but the skin concept, sketches and splash art that I drew revolve around an original idea I had for a Zangler (Angler Fish Zac) Skin. Most of it is pretty straight forward from a technical perspective and the only primary changes would be that his body would turn to water instead of goop/gel.
