Q [Wind Ball]: Urielle shoots a wind ball at a target enemy dealing 10/15/20/25/30 magic damage (+20% AP) to that enemy, and dealing 5/9/13/17/21 magic damage (+10% AP) to enemies hit. Cooldown: 3/2.8/2.6/2.4/2.2 seconds Cost: 25 mana Range: 500

W [Vial of Pain]: Places a pool of poison that deals 10/14/18/22/26 magic damage (+8% AP) per second. Every time an enemy champion is hit, the damage is doubled to that enemy (total of 2550/3570/4590/5610/6630 magic damage). Damage is reduced by 96% for minions and monsters. Cooldown: 26/24/22/20/18 seconds Cost: 90/95/100/105/110 mana Range: 1050 Radius: 350 Duration: 8 seconds

E [Power of the Wind]: Passive: Movement is increased by 10/15/20/25/30 when out of combat. Active: Urielle swings with her wings pushing all enemies hit and dealing 30/40/50/60/70 magic damage (+40% AP). The pushback and the damage is reduced by 75% for the enemies behind the first target hit. Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana Range: 675 units Pushback: 125 units

R [Mana Infused Staff/Tornado]: Passive [Mana Infused Staff]: If mana is below 10%, the next attacks within 5/6/7 seconds will recover 1% of the missing mana. Cooldown: 160/150/140 seconds Active [Tornado]: Urielle summons a Tornado above her that deals 40/60/80 magic damage (+40% AP) per second to nearby enemies and channels to the champions in the range. After the channel ends, the Tornado will deal 100/140/180 magic damage (+90% AP) to the champions and push every enemy across the radius. Cooldown: 150/144/138 seconds Cost: 120 mana Radius: 675/700/725
