Fiddle me timbers visual update (important)

There is no question that the only god tier skin in the game is Fiddle me timbers, and that it desparstely needs more gangplank, below I have an outline

Auto attack; Fiddle shoots his hand cannon

Q. You can't really do anything with this outside of a large yarrrrrrrrr

W. A stream of oranges heals fiddlesticks

E Fiddle throws a parrot instead of a crow

R. Cannons come from the sky, similar to gangplank ult graphically

Clearly this is needed, especially the w

Also I think fiddle should be able to "crit" om his q, making it last twice as long... and his e should apply on hit effects
