Champion Suggestion: Dalyn, the Gale Caller
Lore:
Long ago, a powerful mage sought to harness the power of the wind in a set of magical fans. Through a powerful ritual, he infused the fans with the very essence of wind itself, but when he attempted to call upon the power he had contained in the fans, to his horror he had instead bound the consciousness of the wind.
Faced with the ancient force he had contained, the mage's mind was scattered like dust, leaving the wind itself in control of his body. Since that day, the mysterious force the mage contained within the fans has roamed the continent, exploring with mortal eyes what it has ever only experienced through the wind.
When the mortal body it has borrowed wears down, it finds a new welder for the fans, and takes a new name.
The current wielder is a young Ionian boy named Dalyn...

Abilities:
(Passive) Gaspless: Enemies near Dalyn receive a stack of Gaspless every second, and also gain a stack when struck by Dalyn's basic attack. When an enemy gains a 5th stack, they are silenced for 2 seconds and cannot gain stacks again for 5 seconds.
(Q)Winding Gale: Dalyn throws a fan in a crescent arc to target location and then the fan returns to him. At any time while travelling, Dalyn can activate this ability again to cause the fan to release a cyclone around it, damaging and knocking up all enemies near it and then immediately returning to him.
(W) Winding Gale: Dalyn spins, damaging all nearby enemies and breifly knocking them up for .25 seconds.
(E) On the Wind: Dalyn dashes a set distance toward target enemy, damaging all enemies in his path. If he reaches the targeted enemy, he stops, causing an explosion of wind to damage enemies around the target. If the target is knocked up, the dash distance is increased, and if he reaches the target he adds 1 second to their knock-up (or knocks them into the air for 1 second if they are no longer in the air when he arrives).
(R)(ULT)Tornado Dance: Dalyn begins spinning in place for 2.5 seconds, damaging enemies in a moderate area around him over the duration.
As he spins, a giant fan orbits the area. Once during the dance, Dalyn may activate this ability again to cause the giant fan to errupt in a burst of wind, damaging enemies near it and knocking them toward Dalyn.
If the dance ends without Dalyn using the giant fan, it returns to him and damages and knocks up enemies directly near Dalyn.
