Champion Concept: Roxx , The Knowledge Keeper
Roxx is supposed to be marksman with survivable skills and decent amount of damage. He is energy champion because he becomes energy.
Roxx is thousands of years old keeper of ancient knowledge passed on for millions of years in his family. He is male humanoid like creature with huge blaster in his right hand. (uses both to shoot) When W/ is active his blaster spins to shoot at every target he can see, when its not active his blaster doesnt spin and shoot only from the middle , but does more dmg.
Passive: Thirsty For Blood / Crisis
Normal form - Thirsty For Blood : Basic attacks grant stacks of bleed ?% of your total attack dmg over 2 seconds , max 3 stacks (the bonus from E/ is not included)
Evolved - Crisis : Using an ability creates slow area (the position you made the skill or landed) for your enemies and grants movement speed for allies.
Q/ - Punishment
Roxx shoots 3 waves from his blaster (like and damages and slows enemies in its path.
(leveling up this skill will increase damage and slow amount, also decrease cooldown)
W/ - Power Of Knowledge
Toggle : Off - Passive % attack speed. The skill doesnt consume energy when its off and its still active when its on. Toggle : On - Hit all targets in range for 50% dmg. (crit still works but with 50% dmg) When the skill is on it consumes energy per second.
(leveling up this skill will increase your passive attack speed and your % dmg when the skill is on (may even lower the cost))
E/ - Ancient Magic
Roxx teleports to enemy or ally (minions, wards) and disappears like and like he is able to choose where to drop in the next second within the range of the target , after which he receives ?% movement speed for 1 second and ?% increased attack damage for next 3 basic attacks.
( stacks with W/, the drop must be faster than , after this skill his bonus for next 3 basic attacks remains until he die and he can save up to 9 )
(leveling up this skill will decrease cooldown , also increase % movement speed and % attack damage)
R/ - Enlightenment
Roxx finally finds the inner peace he was always looking for and evolves into spiritual being (same as but not liquid. Ghost , smoke , light .. something mixed) becoming melee and granting him new skills (which he can use only once for each ultimate) and hp (1000/1500/2000 hp for example) for ? seconds.
(those skills dont consume or require energy. After the ultimate ends he transforms to his normal form, but stealthed for 0.5 seconds, also he can reactivate to transform earlier)
(leveling up will grant you hp and 0.25 sec stealth per level)
R/-Q/ - Final Hope
Roxx restores % max hp over ? seconds.
(leveling up this skill will increase the % hp restored)
R/-W/ - Might
Roxx hit the ground and greates a wave in a line, damaging enemies and knocking them into the air for 0.5 seconds. (might be less)
(leveling up this skill will grant you damage)
R/-E/ - Change Of Fate
Roxx jumps to small target area and stun all enemies in the area for 1 second.
(leveling up this skill will grant you 0.125 sec stun per level)
Note: I was thinking about the ultimate and lets say your ultimate is lvl 1 and you have 1000 max hp but you are on 300 and you use ultimate and then you are on 1300 hp but with 2000 max hp, when you use your Q/ which restores you lets say 20% max hp over 2 seconds, it restores you 20% out of your 2000 hp which is 400 , you use the other 2 skills and go out of ult, you will have 700 hp out of 1000.
If you have less hp than you had when you used ult it will remain the same, if you use ult and have same or a bit more than you had before you used it, it goes back to what it was before you ult, but if you have more than you had + ultimate's hp you gain that hp when you get out of ult and you are stealthed for 0.5/0.75/1 second .
