Xin Zhao/Jarvan skin splash updates

Xin Zhao and Jarvan have multiple skins (warring kingdoms) that show that they are on horseback in the splash, but not in-game. I think it would bring those skins to life even more if Riot was to install the horse into the skin in-game somehow. Perhaps put them on horseback when they recall? Just something to make players feel like they're truly benefiting from the artwork.
