Old Skins Need Love Too

So, a little while ago, I got the skin Red Baron Corki from Hextech Crafting. I've seen several YouTubers get this skin in unboxing videos and say that it's pretty good, plus it's a legendary legacy skin, so I got the IP to buy Corki and upgraded the skin. I knew I probably wouldn't use it very often just because Corki isn't my favorite champion to play, but wow was getting the IP to buy Corki and upgrading the skin just a waste of time!

Though it's listed as a Legendary skin in Hextech Crafting, it changes literally nothing outside of the base model. It may have been Legendary by Old Riot's standards, but the skin needs a full redo in order to be something like what we expect in skin quality for modern Riot's Legendary skins. Legendary skins nowadays change the voiceover, add in several new quotes, jokes, taunts, and sometimes even special interactions, and change the particle effects on all of the abilities. They should look and sound like you're playing a new champion altogether. This skin is just not Modern Riot quality, and is certainly a waste of grind time to unlock. I feel Riot should do a pass on several other older skins, including those that're Legacy, and do a "From the Vault" event, where they unlock these Legacy skins, making them available for purchase again temporarily, and for those that they deem necessary to get them to be worth the RP amount they sell them for, do visual updates on them. I get that this is a big task, but a big event like this would likely be pretty worth it in terms of profits. And, most of the older skins could probably not even need to have the time taken to update them. Kingpin Twitch and Red Baron Corki are the 2 that come to my mind right away. Let me know what other skins you think to be just below the usual quality we get today for the price range they're listed in, and if you feel that these skins need updates.
