Summoner Icons

Just a little idea that I came up with a few days ago that I have been sitting on and thinking about. Summoner Icons are kind of boring. They just sit there lifeless. I have to admit some of them look cool however I believe it would be a very good idea if at some point Riot developed something that made the Icons move (Like a gif). I've already been trying to answer the one question that would make it worth it or not and I think the answer is: yes it's a good idea. 2 versions of icons one moving one not at 2 different prices. I've asked some people in the community what they think of my idea and it has been almost unanimous. Everyone agrees that they would pay a little more for a moving Icon. Thank you for reading
