Between Janna and Ivern, it looks like you guys have covered the gist of this cancelled champion, but the art seems worthy of a reboot, and given how many champs occupy a similar layout in their skins (PP Zac, Sand-version Pyke), why not give us the Bilgewater version of an Asended and make a water mage.

We're thirsty for it.
