What happened to the game spectating at the home page of the client?

On the old client you were able to spectate random people's games on Summoner's Rift. Some games were high ELO and were helpful to watch since watching YouTube video is sometimes hard because they are cut up. On the new client, will this be added back? I know that Riot stated that old features would be added back but does it include this? Thanks.
