Herald, the Great Forest Seer

Lore: Herald was conceived from the essence of the Plague Jungles and Kamungu thousands of years ago to help guard it against a great threat that was soon to arrive. (I'm gonna stop here since I'm terrible at lore, if someone could help finish it based off of this sentence that would be fantastic!)
_Passive: Strength of the Jungle- _ Herald's basic attacks against minions and monsters heal him for 12/18/24/30 health. Basic attacks against champions heal Herald for 12/18/24/30(+3.25% Max Health) and give him 3/5/7/9 armor and magic resistance that can stack up to 4 times.
Q: Attack of the Vines- Herald dashes to an enemy and tangles them in vines, dealing 55/90/125/160/195(+50% AD)(+50% AP) physical damage to them and rooting them in place for 1.75 seconds. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Range: 575
W: Bark of the Tree- Herald gains stacks of Bark of the Tree whenever he takes damage, up to 4 at once. Upon activation, Herald consumes all stacks of Bark of the Tree and takes 4/5/6/7/8% reduced damage for 3 seconds per stack consumed. If he consumes 4 stacks, the damage reduction is increased by 5/10/15/20/25%(maximum of 21/30/39/48/57% damage reduction). Cost: 20 mana Cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18 seconds
E: Wrath of the Seer- Herald's next basic attack within 4 seconds deals 20/35/50/65/80(+25% AD) bonus physical damage and causes the target's next spell cast within 4 seconds to fizzle, causing no effect and putting the fizzled ability on a 50% cooldown. Cost: 35/40/45/50/55 mana Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 seconds
Ultimate: It's A Jungle Out There- Herald causes the entire map to become a jungle for 6/7/8 seconds, reducing enemy vision by 15/20/25%, and spawning a hostile jungle monster next to each enemy champion every 2 seconds. These monsters have 35% of Herald's health, 35% of Herald's damage, 150% of Herald's attack speed(capped at 1.5 attacks per second), and slow enemies by 10% with each attack. Cost: 100 mana Cooldown: 200/160/120 seconds Range: Global
